“This citrus tallow balm is incredibly moisturising. It has been perfect for use on dry and sore lips in particular. I apply it right before bedtime, and when I wake up the next day it’s as though my lips were never sore or cracked. It has also been perfect for use on dry heels and hands. I get dermatitis around my wedding band, and this tallow balm clears it up overnight. It is so nourishing and the citrus scent is lovely and mild.”

The packaging feels really premium, the peppermint scent is beautiful like an after dinner mint without being overpowering, and the balm itself has such a lovely texture, super easy to scoop, smooth to apply and not greasy at all. “Natural deodorant — beautiful and nourishing on my sensitive skin with a very pleasant smell that lasts all day. Tallow balm — healing and easy to apply on my dry skin and works wonders! Sunscreen tinted — blends in well, pleasant smell, easy to apply, perfect consistency (not too thick or thin) and works well providing protection against our strong sun rays. Tallow (for cooking) — wow, just delicious! So versatile in the kitchen, my absolute favourite is frying up some chips for my kids. “Since I discovered Ancestral Traditions products at the Dungog Wholefood Co-op I have been using the orange scented beef tallow balm and found it very effective on dry skin. The Lard is another great product and I’m using it in my cooking regularly where I would have previously used vegetable oil for roasting vegies, frying meats and vegies. I’m looking forward to trying it out the next time I make pastry as it’s a very versatile product with a mild flavour. I particularly like knowing that there has been no chemical processing in the production. And what’s even better – it’s locally produced!!”
