The Most Nutrient-Dense Food There Is
Our ancestors prized organ meats above everything else — liver was the first share, kept for the hunters and the growing children. Modern diets have all but forgotten it. We think it’s time to bring it back.
Sourced from Regenerative Farms
Our liver comes from Australian farms practising regenerative agriculture — good for the animal, the soil and the food that ends up in the bottle.
Bioavailable — Easy for Your Body to Use
Because it's a whole food, the nutrients arrive in the form your body evolved to absorb — not as isolated synthetic compounds it has to work out how to use.
No Synthetic Vitamins
No ascorbic acid, no folic acid, no synthetic vitamin isolates and no fillers. Just liver, dried and encapsulated — exactly as nature intended.
Freeze-Dried to Preserve Nutrients
Our low-temperature freeze-drying process removes the water while keeping the fragile fat-soluble vitamins and enzymes intact.
Ancestral Tradition
Traditional cultures prized organ meats above muscle meat — nose to tail, nothing wasted. This is the same deep nutrition our ancestors ate, in a convenient capsule.
Made Locally with Love
Prepared in small batches right here in Dungog, NSW, by people who take it themselves.
A Full Spectrum, the Way Nature Made It
When you take a synthetic multivitamin, you get isolated compounds. When you take liver, you get everything together — the vitamins, the minerals and the cofactors that help your body actually use them.
Vitamin A
The preformed form your body uses directly — unlike the plant-based beta-carotene in vegetables, which many people convert poorly.
Vitamin B12
One of the richest natural sources of this essential nutrient, in a form your body recognises as food.
Iron & Copper
Heme iron — the highly absorbable form found only in animal foods, paired with copper as nature balances them.
Folate
The natural, food-form folate rather than the synthetic folic acid used in fortified products.
Choline
A nutrient many modern diets run low on — particularly important for brain and liver health.
Zinc, Selenium & B-vitamins
A broad spread of trace minerals and B vitamins, in the proportions only a whole food delivers.
Nutrient levels vary naturally from animal to animal — which is exactly the point. This is food, not a manufactured dose.
Two Ingredients. That’s It.
From cattle raised on pasture at regenerative Australian farms — never grain-finished, never confined. Freeze-dried at low temperature to preserve the fat-soluble vitamins and delicate enzymes that heat would destroy.
A clean, animal-based capsule — no vegetable cellulose, no synthetic coatings.
What’s Not In It
Storage & Usage
- Start small: 1 capsule daily with food, increasing gradually if you wish. Some people prefer to take liver in the morning.
- Take with a meal: Liver’s fat-soluble vitamins are best absorbed alongside food.
- Be consistent: Whole-food nutrition works gently and cumulatively — regular small amounts are the traditional approach.
- Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep the lid sealed to protect the capsules from moisture.
What to Expect
Because this is a whole food dried and encapsulated without fillers, colour and aroma can vary gently from batch to batch. That natural variation is the signature of real food — it never affects the nourishment inside.
A note on vitamin A: Liver is naturally rich in preformed vitamin A. If you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or taking other vitamin A supplements, please check with your health practitioner before adding liver to your routine.
